Produced from many different grapes throughout San Luis Obispo County.  Distilled at 185 proof in our proprietary designed air cooled vapor management compound fractionating still. Reduced to 120 proof for 4 years of aging in #2 char American oak barrel.

Flavors of maple, caramel, vanilla, spice, butterscotch, and a hint of smoke.  Great as a base for many of your favorite fall cocktails or enjoyed on its own.
