Our dry Bourdeaux blend is a smooth, easy-drinking wine. Its balanced tannic structure sustains flavors of black cherry, licorice, and a smoky white and black pepper finish. The acidity in the wine will pair well with white fish, shrimp scampi pasta, aged cheeses, cured meats, and vegetarian options.
