2022 Sauvignon Blanc
Gold Medal: 90 Points: 2026 Orange County Fair
This 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is sunshine in a glass. The first sip brings white stone fruit and ripe white peach, wrapped in a bright shimmer of citrus and lemon peel all drifting together in a cool, breezy sip. Paso Robles warmth gives the wine a soft, rounded fruit core, and it’s refreshing, and exactly what you want on a warm day.
There’s a whisper of herbaceousness on the finish—nothing sharp, just a clean green lift that makes the fruit pop even more. Light, refreshing, lightly oaked and wonderfully drinkable, this Sauvignon Blanc leaves a cool, citrus‑kissed finish. It’s the kind of wine that disappears quickly because every sip nudges you toward the next. This will pair well with a citrus-glazed pork loin, melon wrapped in prosciutto, or a mild whitefish.
Still Waters Vineyards; aged 3 months in Hungarian oak; 43 cases produced.
