Bright and expressive, this 2022 Viognier opens with inviting aromas of fresh citrus, ripe stone fruit, and delicate white florals. The palate is juicy and vibrant, led by lush apricot and complemented by hints of peach and tangerine. Subtle oak influence lends a gentle touch of vanilla that adds roundness without overpowering the fruit. Smooth and balanced, the wine finishes soft yet refreshing, with a mouth-watering, lingering impression that encourages another sip.

Pairing Suggestions: Assorted cheeses especially creamy brie or mild goat cheese. Roasted chicken or turkey, roasted pork loin, spicy Thai/ Indian food, roasted veggies. For dessert, try an apricot crumble or other stone-fruit desserts, almond tart.
