2021 Cabernet Franc

Silver in the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition!

This is a traditional Cabernet Franc. A good mineral structure with white cherries, dark berry and raspberry flavors makes it a smooth, easy drinking glass of satisfaction. The acidity in the wine pairs well with lighter meals like poultry, scallops, aged cheeses, and cured meats.

Grapes harvested from Still Waters Vineyard. Aged 18 months in American oak,45 cases produced.
