This is a traditional Cabernet Franc. With a good mineral structure, flavors of white cherries, dark berries, and raspberries, it makes a smooth, easy-drinking glass of satisfaction. The acidity in the wine pairs well with lighter meals like poultry, scallops, aged cheeses, and cured meats.
