2021 Cabernet Sauvignon
Gold Medal: 2025 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition
This is an easy-drinking, warm climate Cabernet: bright, fresh, floral, ruby-red in color, and velvety on the tongue with lush, bright cherry flavors. This will pair nicely with a hearty steak, spiced pork chop, mushroom dishes, aged cheeses and meats.
From Still Waters Vineyards. Aged 1 year and 9 months, 37.5% new American oak, 57 cases produced.
