A splendid creation from 2022, our Grüner Veltliner Grappa was made from the skins and juice of the same Jack Ranch Farms grapes that produced our double-gold award-winning Grüner Veltliner wine. This version of our Grappa delights with a light mineral nose and a hint of dark caramel and herbaceousness. Two passes through a fractionating still isolated the very best flavors and aromas, providing an inherent smoothness, roundness, and suppleness uncharacteristic of many Grappas.
