2022 Gruner Veltliner 750ml Wine and 375ml Grappa Collection

A splendid creation from 2022, our Grüner Veltliner Grappa was made from the skins and juice of the same Jack Ranch Farms grapes that produced our double-gold award-winning Grüner Veltliner wine. This version of our Grappa delights with a light mineral nose and a hint of dark caramel and herbaceousness. Two passes through a fractionating still isolated the best flavors and aromas, providing an inherent smoothness, roundness, and suppleness uncharacteristic of many Grappas.

Our Gruner Veltliner wine is brightly acidic and fruit-forward with stone fruits, honeysuckle, and melon finish. This beautiful wine pairs well with prosciutto and cantaloupe wraps, spicy meats, and dark chocolate cake. 48 cases, American oaked for 3 months, Edna Valley
