We use your information to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example, to process your purchase, provide service and support, and share product, service and company news and offerings with you. We do not sell your personal information. We will not share your personal data outside Autry Cellars without your consent, except as required by law or to protect Autry Cellars, its customers, or the public, and then only with partners who share Autry Cellars’ commitment to protecting your privacy and data. At any time, you may contact Autry Cellars with any privacy questions or concerns you may have. You also may ask at any time to see the personal data you have given us and request correction or deletion. We strive to protect the security of your personal data by use of appropriate measures and processes.

 

Security

Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all your personal information, including credit card numbers, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

 

Credit card fees for re-shipments

Upon receiving a returned shipment, you will be billed for the return fee and re-shipment fee once contact has been made for the re-shipment of your order.

 

Returns

Autry Cellars guarantees the quality of all our wines and merchandise. Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for Customer Care assistance at wine@autrycellars.com.

 

Delivery Policies

You must be 21 years or older to buy wine. By placing your order, you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. The willful misrepresentation of your age or the age of the recipient is a crime in most states. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are ever unhappy with your order or somehow your wine shipment has become damaged please call us at 805-546-8669. We ship on non-holiday weekdays only. Sorry, delivery on weekends is generally not available. In the event of extreme temperatures your shipment may be delayed to protect it from heat/cold damage.

We do not ship to following states: AL, AR, CT, DE, HI, IA, IL, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MS, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, UT, VI, VT, WI, WV, WY.

Reservations

We welcome families and request that children be kept at the table with the group during the tasting.

Our max group size is 10 people for each time slot, including guests who are not tasting and children. Please reach out to us about availability for larger groups - do not book multiple tasting appointments for a large group.

Tasting fees are only waived for wine club members or those that become wine club members on the day of their tasting.

If you are sick in any way or have been in contact with any person showing symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you please stay home.

All Covid protocols will be adhered to.
